How to acces the Dashboard

The Dashboard is Scrab.in's control panel where you'll be able to configure everything you need, but in this case let's focus on Actions:

Actions

Actions allows you to adjust both the behavior of the extension as well as configure the automatic messages that will be sent each time a new connection is invited. We suggest leaving the default settings and modifying only the content of the messages.

Inside Scan/Visit, you can choose to avoid connecting with connected profiles in the first, second or third degree. You can also choose to avoid visiting profiles that do not contain profile photography (this is useful to avoid unimportant profiles).

Note: By default, the option to skip profiles that are out of network is already active, since if you cannot establish a relationship of at least third degree, LinkedIn does not show the profile as visible and therefore cannot collect any useful information.

Scan/Visits

In the bottom part, you'll find daily visits and scans limits. We strongly recommend to not modify this section as Scrab.in comes preconfigured to be as efficient as possible while making reasonable use of the system. Increasing these limits could lead to the banning of your LinkedIn account or a temporary suspension of it.

Below we'll find the option to perform Endorsement (validate skills automatically) to the profiles that we visit. We recommend turning this option on only when viewing first degree profiles as it is not a very normal behavior in networks outside of the first degree.

In Group Message Template we'll be able to customize a personalized message to send to all the members of a LinkedIn group that we are a member of.

Invite Actions allows you to send invites to profiles with a personalized message. It is highly recommended to have this option activated whenever you make a new connection.

Did you know? Connection requests with a message are 47% more accepted than connection requests without a message.

If you're using Sales Navigator you can use InMail Message (to send InMail messages, of course).

Message (1st degree only) let's you select the frequency of messages sent. With this configuration we'll be able to prevent a first degree connection from being contacted more than once within the selected period of time. We can also personalize the message with the name, job title and company.

Invitation Follow-Up Message focuses on the automation of incoming invitations as well as a follow-up message once the connection has accepted us.

You can write a personalized message adding name, job title, and company of the profile.

There are many things you can do, like choosing to pause this action if the profile has already answered to our invite and/or set a timing to delay the follow-up message.
